The Poultry Institute is a community based development initiative dedicated to strengthening food security, promoting self employment, and revitalizing local economies through sustainable broiler chicken production. 
 

The Institute was created to provide practical, income generating opportunities in underserved communities while fostering long-term economic resilience.

Pilot Project: Las Brisas, Nicaragua

The Poultry Institute currently operates its pilot program in Las Brisas, Somoto, Nicaragua, where local families implement a structured 45-day broiler production cycle.
